What does an automotive administrator do?

We process the documents from our customers vehicle purchases.

This includes:

  • Breaking down car deals
  • Clear title validation
  • Deal compliance review
  • DMV submission backup
  • Wholesales & Purchases
  • Courtesy Deliveries
  • Reconcile entries made throughout the month
  • F&I contract submissions
  • Provide exceptional customer service & department support withing the dealership
  • File completed documents accurately
  • Meet strict timelines on a monthly basis
  • Lastly, enjoy staying busy and working in a fast paced, high volume office.
