B2B Outbound Telemarketing Sales Representative

AstraServ Business Solutions Group is expanding and is currently looking for career-oriented, professional and highly qualified and skilled B2B Outbound Telemarketing and Cold Calling Sales Representative to sell products and services from our telecom or software partners.

Responsibilities

  • Using our 4-Day initial systematic and comprehensive training programs rapidly acquire full knowledge regarding the following:
  • Products, services, value propositions, and compliances
  • Systems and software tools used in the sales process
  • Conduct, on a daily basis, a very high volume of B2B outbound and quality cold calls to a range of businesses nationwide
  • Gather information from each prospect, identify the proper solution, and lead the sales opportunity to closure
  • Clearly communicate and explain product details, costs and the sales application process to ensure closure of the sales with a positive experience for the client.
  • Positively meet the daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to:
  • Number of outbound calls
  • Quality interactions with prospects and clients
  • Number and the amounts of sales quota
  • Quality and compliance obligations
  • Full and consistent attendance during regular business hours

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of verifiable and successful B2B telemarketing and cold calling selling business telecom products and services
  • Unwavering value system and business integrity
  • Highly reliable and dependable, motivated, self-disciplined, sales driven, committed, and coachable with positive attitude, and desire to work very hard
  • High degree of passion and energy for outbound telemarketing and cold calling
  • Result-oriented with the ability to properly meet the targets
  • Strong phone skills with excellent verbal and written communication
  • Skilled in professional relationship building, with an innate ability to build rapport and develop trust quickly with businesses, prospects and clients

Benefits

  • Base hourly pay between $15/hour to $20/hour based on qualifications - plus performance incentives and bonuses for closing sales

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
